Our centenary gala, 100 Years in the Making, will bring together clients, colleagues and friends of Davy for a memorable evening of drinks, dinner and entertainment, celebrating a century of achievement while looking ahead to the future. The event will begin with a welcome from Davy CEO Gavin Kelly, followed by an address from An Taoiseach Micheál Martin. Master of Ceremonies Claire Byrne will then host fireside conversations with Brian Davy and Joseph Davy, and later Tony Smurfit, President, Group CEO and Director, Smurfit Westrock.

GETTING TO THE RDS

Taxi

Taxis can set down directly at the main RDS entrances at Hall 1.

DART

Lansdowne Road and Sandymount DART stations are both within walking distance of the RDS.

Bus

The RDS is served by several Dublin Bus routes, including:

Dublin Bus: 4, 7, 7A, 27X

Go-Ahead Ireland: 18, S2

Luas

There is no direct Luas route to the RDS. The Luas connects with the DART at Connolly Station, with trains stopping at Lansdowne Road and Sandymount, both within walking distance of the RDS.

The RDS is located on Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

How do I access the RDS by car?

Vehicles should enter the RDS via Merrion Road (Main Complex).

Is parking available at the RDS?

Yes, limited parking is available in the Merrion Road car park. Once full, guests will be directed by security to the nearest empty RDS car park.

Where should I enter the event?

Please enter through Hall 1, the Main Entrance of the RDS on Merrion Road.

ENTERTAINMENT

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a rich programme of musical performances, beginning with the Candlelight Quartet during the drinks reception, followed by acclaimed Irish artists Iarla Ó Lionáird from The Gloaming and concert harpist Méabh McKenna. After dinner, the celebrations will continue with performances from six of Ireland's most distinguished opera singers: Simon Morgan, Patrick Hyland, Gavan Ring, Rachel Croash, Deirdre Masterson and Shauna Buckingham. Following the formal close at 10.15pm, guests will continue the celebrations with music from The Swing Cats.
